Harmony Class Ships

Harmony of the Seas, Symphony of the Seas, Wonder of the Seas, Utopia of the Seas and B35
The contract for the Harmony class was signed in December 2012 between Chantiers de l’Atlantique and Royal Caribbean International (RCI, an RCCL subsidiary) and includes four ships of exceptional dimensions. The first unit, Harmony of the Seas was delivered to the shipowner in May 2016, followed by Symphony of the Seas in March 2018. Wonder of the Seas was delivered in 2022, followed by Utopia of the Seas in June 2024, the first ship in the series to be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG). In February 2024, Royal Caribbean also announced an order for a 5th ship, to be delivered in 2028.
362 meters long (1,187 feet) and 66 meters wide (216 feet), the ships of this class are the largest ones ever built. Their architecture makes them revolutionary ships. Indeed, they include a superstructure, opened towards an interior promenade with a zip line, a traditional merry-go-round and a real wooded park with restaurants, bars and stores. The Harmony class also offers exclusive equipment such as surf simulators, a skating rink or an aquatic area for children.
